History of Place at Royal school for the Blind
I have been working with Kerry from History of Place and staff and pupils at The Royal School for the Blind in Liverpool.
We are choosing the most sensory parts of the history of the school and working together we are creating a sensory story that the school can use and add to their sensory story library.
A duplicate will be given to the museum of Liverpool for their interactive sessions and a version of it will be incorporated into the History of Place Exhibition.
We have created storms and a ship wreck through sound, explored various tunnels through echo and vibration, explored materials used by past pupils to make an “honest living” and dressed up as Royalty to relive three of the most important Royal visits during the schools history.
