A pilot project introducing reminiscence handling collections for people with dementia during a stay in hospital
Time to Remember is a pilot project using the collections of Conwy County Borough Council Museum and Archive Services and Llandudno Museum to design themed memory boxes for use with BCUHB Arts Health & Wellbeing Programme at Llandudno Hospital with Dementia Patients, with linked arts workshops carried out on site and at the adjacent Ty Llewelyn community centre.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board has developed an Arts in Health & Wellbeing Programme, and this project represents the first exciting innovation for the programmes` hub at Llandudno Hospital. The health board has a vision to develop innovative partnership collaborations and this project captures the importance and value of support within a local community hospital in the Central Area (Conwy & Denbighshire).

Wellbeing Activity Grant (Public Health Wales)
Financial Contributions from Conwy County Borough Council Arts, Archives and Museums Services
The project evaluation will be used to plan a second phase of the project in Llandudno.
